My Christian faith, my own recovery, and more than twenty years of studying personality, communication, and forgiveness shape the way I walk alongside others. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Family Life Education and a master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Life Coaching. I’m still learning, too.

You don’t have to be Christian—or have faith figured out—to work with me. My approach combines practical coaching models with biblical wisdom, using Scripture to support and explore what we’re learning together. I’ll be open about that foundation while respecting your beliefs, welcoming your questions, and never pressuring you to adopt mine.

Practical, instructional sessions designed for consistent learning and meaningful progress. Each session includes 45 minutes together on Zoom; I reserve a further 15 minutes afterward for notes. Begin with a free 30-minute conversation to explore whether we’re a good fit.

Complete within 90 days of your first session. A longer instructional series with space for continued practice, reflection, and support.

Package validity begins on your first session: 45 days for six sessions, or 90 days for twelve. Before expiration, unused sessions may be refunded at the rate paid: $135 each for the six-session package or $120 each for the twelve-session package. After expiration, unused sessions are forfeited and nonrefundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments count as used sessions. Emergencies may be considered individually. If I cancel, you retain your session credit or may request a refund at your package’s per-session rate.
HOW PACKAGE BOOKING WILL WORK
Once checkout becomes available, pay once for your chosen package. After confirming payment, I’ll email your prepaid scheduling link. Use the same email address for payment and scheduling. No Calendly account is required. I personally track completed sessions, remaining credits, and expiration dates. Please book only within your remaining session allowance; additional sessions require a new purchase. The prepaid link does not automatically enforce package limits.
